The schedule to solid food


You've done a detox and got used to the timetable and juices. You feel energized and your stomach is flatter, but of course you want and need to eat normal solid again. What is the best way to build up to solid food again without ruining the detox performance and positive outcomes?


When the juice cure comes to an end, it is important that you gradually build up back to solid food. Your body has become accustomed to liquid food and a lot of vitamins during the detox. You may have lost a few pounds, mostly fluid, and feel energized and reborn. When you start eating solid food again without guidelines, you can quickly feel bloated and your body will react to the relatively large amount of fats and/or sugar that you are going to consume again.


To achieve the intake of 500 grams of fruit and vegetables, we recommend our vegetable juices in addition to eating healthy food.
