Daily Detox Diet Plan

The Dr. Blend juice cleanses contains 6 juices (250ml) and 3 shots (60ml) per day. To get the best results out of your juice cleanse, we recommend keeping to this schedule. To make things easy, each bottle is numbered in order of use.

We strongly believe in resetting and regulating your diet. After your detox, we advise you to eat at regular intervals and distribute food consumption across the day.

And be careful not to increase the overall amount of food you consume each day, only increase the frequency of your healthy eating moments.
