What do you need?

  • Half a ruler fresh ginger
  • half liter of water

    preparation method
    Step 1Peel the ginger with a vegetable peeler
    Step 2Grate the ginger
    Step 3Combine the ingredients and put it in the slow juicer
    Step 4Pass the juice through a fine sieve and enjoy!

    Ginger juice with lemon

what do you need?

  • 1 lemon (can use more to taste)
  • 3 centimeters ginger root
  • 250ml water

    preparation method
    Step 1Peel the ginger with a vegetable peeler
    step 2 Thengrate the ginger
    step 3Peel the lemon
    step 4Add all ingredients together and put it in the slow juicer  

Ginger juice with Turmeric

what do you need?

  • 2 pieces ginger
  • 1 piece turmeric (possibly more to taste)
  • 1 piece green/red pepper
  • 250ml water

preparation method
Step 1 Cut the ginger and turmeric incl. peel into long pieces
Step 2 Put the ginger, turmeric and pepper in the slow juicer
Step 3 Add 250ml of water to the juice
Step 4 Shake well, put in the fridge for 15 minutes and enjoy
