High Pressure Process
All our cold pressed juices are processed using the unique and latest H.P.P. method to maximize freshness and nutritional value. A non-invasive method of pasteurisation that avoids the use of preservatives, whilst still eliminating any bacteria and micro organisms present in the ingredients. During the process all nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants are retained, along with the full flavour, texture and taste of the original ingredients, right through to the final Dr. Blend product. Shelf life is substantially extended up to 21 days and at the same time minimizes waste; a win-win situation all round.
