Shipments

The service of Dr. Blend® is all about quality, speed and transparency. Your order will be processed with the utmost care. After your order is placed, the following takes place:

 

  1. One of our warehouse employees picks your order
  2. The order is boxed
  3. Address details are placed on the box
  4. The order is transferred to our carrier at 18pm (orders placed before 15pm are shipped the same day!)
  5. Our carrier provides a track&trace number
  6. You receive the track&trace number through e-mail
  7. The order is delivered the next day or the day after
  8. After delivery Dr. Blend® receives a confirmation from the carrier
  9. The outstanding order in our system is closed
